Salve, George!

Amanhã (25), dia em que George completaria 68 anos, o site do beatle transmitirá, ao longo de todo o dia, o show "Concert for George", originalmente realizado em 2002, um ano após a morte do guitarrista. As transmissões começam às 5 da manhã (!), horário de Brasília.

É bom lembrar, este ano completam-se dez anos da morte de George e, como mandam datas redondas no mundo da música (principalmente quando envolvem os Beatles), estão previstos lançamentos relacionados ao músico. Por enquanto, são dois. Em março, o show em homenagem a George sai em formato blue-ray, com direito a extras: cenas de bastidores, ensaios e entrevistas. Ainda sem data de estreia, também deve sair este ano o documentário "Living in the Material World", que traçará um perfil do beatle. A direção é de Martin Scorsese.
